Kristen Kauffman

Certified Massage Therapist + Yoga Teacher (RYT500)
🌱 Earth Sign

Yoga came into Kristen’s life when she started her massage therapy journey. It became very important to her that in order to have a healthy and long career, that she would need healthy and strong mobility. During her 200 hour yoga teacher training in 2022, Kristen realized that she was not only embarking on a healthy physical journey, but her personal spiritual journey. Learning how to unify the mind body and spirit has opened up the possibilities that not only yoga can have on her and other’s lives, but also through massage as well. It is now Kristen’s mission to learn and grow in all aspects, mind body and soul, so that she can help herself and others on their journey.

Kristen completed her 500 RYT in 2023 with the experience in trainings of Hatha and Ashtanga vinyasa. Catering to all levels of practice, beginners and up. She believes that yoga should never be something that anyone is intimidated by, but that meets you where you are in your own body.

Bronwyn Meldrum

Yoga Teacher (RYT 200)
🌊 Water Sign

Bronwyn is a Colorado-based yoga teacher whose path to the mat began in 2020, when yoga became a grounding practice in an otherwise uncertain environment. What started as a practice to connect to her body and overcome injury, slowly grew into a deeper passion for movement, mindfulness, and creativity. To deepen her knowledge and respect for yoga, Bronwyn completed her RYT200 training in Uluwatu, Bali in March of 2024. Her classes emphasize breath as a way to deepen mind, body, and spirit connection. She encourages students to apply yogic philosophies beyond the studio. When not on the mat, Bronwyn enjoys baking Sourdough and spending time in nature.
